1. Who we are and the service

Dekkit helps you save links, images, files and notes as Cards, organize them in Decks and Collections, and share them. Available features, storage, AI allowances and supported platforms depend on your plan and the version you use. Experimental features and Boards may be unavailable. Descriptions of future features are not a commitment to a delivery date.

2. Your account

Keep your details accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. If you use Dekkit for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Dekkit is for adults aged 18 or older. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement to create an account or use the service. Parental permission does not make someone under 18 eligible. Before using account features, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement and accept the current terms.

3. Your content and sharing

You retain the rights you hold in your content. You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process and display it as needed to operate Dekkit for you, including generating previews, AI enrichment, backups and the sharing you choose. This does not transfer ownership to us or give us a general right to sell your content.

Only upload, save or share content you are entitled to use, including personal data about other people. Saving a link does not grant copyright or permission to republish its source. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive material you are not authorized to provide for processing.

Check who can access a Card, Deck or Collection before sharing it. Public links may be accessible to anyone who receives them. Recipients may keep copies; revoking a share or deleting your account cannot retrieve copies they have already made. Shared names, profile pictures, comments and activity can be visible to participants.

4. Acceptable use and safety

Do not use Dekkit to:

• Upload or share sexual content, nudity, child sexual abuse or exploitation, graphic violence, or threats.
• Harass, bully, promote hate against, or endanger another person.
• Distribute scams, spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Impersonate others, access accounts without permission, bypass access controls, or disrupt or overload the service.
• Break the law or disclose other people’s private information without authority.

Use Report content on a Card, Report on a contact, or Report a safety concern in Settings. You can block contacts from the Contacts list. We review reports and may remove content, restrict sharing, or suspend accounts. Contact hi@dekkit.ai to report an issue or ask us to review a moderation decision. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.

5. Plans, renewals and cancellation

Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. Prices, currency, billing interval, trial terms and plan limits are shown before purchase. Where offered, a recurring subscription renews and is charged at the displayed interval until cancelled through the applicable billing channel.

• Web purchases: payments are processed by Stripe. Use Manage subscription in Dekkit to review billing and cancel renewal. The confirmation shows when a cancellation takes effect.
• Apple purchases: Apple handles billing and renewal. Manage or cancel in your Apple account subscriptions; deleting Dekkit or your Dekkit account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Restore purchases where available. Apple’s standard app licence applies to the app where applicable.
• Other stores: only purchase options actually offered in your app apply. Follow the purchasing store’s cancellation and refund process.

For refunds or billing errors, contact the seller shown on your receipt: request Apple refunds through Apple, or contact us about a web purchase. Refund eligibility and any withdrawal or cooling-off rights depend on applicable law and the purchase terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. We will communicate material price or subscription changes as required before they take effect.

6. AI and external services

Saving or updating content can trigger automated AI processing, not only an explicit chat request. AI may generate descriptions, tags, images, transcripts and search results. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them: they can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to another person’s results. They are not professional advice or a guarantee of originality or intellectual property rights.

The assistant can perform supported actions on your content in response to your instructions. Review those instructions carefully. Details about inputs, providers and storage are in the Data & AI Policy. External websites, embedded media, identity providers and stores operate under their own terms; we do not control their availability or content.

7. Our software and your rights

Dekkit’s software, branding and interface belong to fuda, Inc. or their respective licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose subject to these terms and applicable third-party licences. You may not resell the service or circumvent its restrictions except where permitted by law. Your statutory rights and applicable open-source licences are unaffected.

8. Leaving Dekkit

You can stop using Dekkit or request account deletion from Settings → Delete my account. Save anything you need first and cancel any store subscription separately. Data removal and retention exceptions are explained in the Privacy Policy; closing an account does not necessarily erase every record immediately.

We may restrict access to prevent harm, investigate abuse, meet legal obligations or enforce these terms. Where appropriate and permitted, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue. Contact us to challenge an error. Mandatory rights concerning paid services, refunds and termination remain available.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep Dekkit reliable, but availability, AI results and third-party services can be interrupted or contain errors. Keep independent copies of important content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of data.

These exclusions do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law prohibits exclusion. Nothing here deprives you of protections or access to courts available under mandatory law in your place of residence.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the revision date here. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel, with notice and renewed acceptance where required. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and cancel renewal, subject to your existing rights.
